Belts do more than simply hold up your pants. Although holding up your pants is really their main function, they can accessorize an outfit and really tie the entire look all together. If your dress is a suit and tie, don’t go wild in your choice of belt or belt buckle, stay more sedate. If you are dressed in suit and tie, do not draw attention to your belt. If the suit is black or gray, wear a simple black leather belt, with a modest silver buckle. If your suit is in the brown tones, wear a dark brown belt with a modest gold buckle.
